2030 North PacificCompleted 2008 This 71 unit condominium project brings an invigorating new residential option to downtown Santa Cruz. Everything you need is close at hand with spacious one, two & three-bedroom suites and upscale amenities including a resort style swimming pool, spa and fitness center. Initial concept was designed by Thacher & Thompson Architects and refined by Paul E. Davis as executive architect during the building permit and construction phases. Designed to meet the City of Santa Cruz’ Green Building Award standards, this project utilized many green building elements including extensive use of recycled building products such as carpets, concrete and comprehensive recycling of building waste during construction, low VOC paints, high-efficiency central radiant heat, central domestic hot water system, use of bamboo flooring, fully insulated walls/floors and double paned windows to reduce energy loss and sound transmission.
