HISTORIC REMODEL ON GOLF COURSE

This 1930’s California Ranch House, originally designed by a Hollywood set designer, is set on the 10th fairway of historic Del Monte Golf Course. Opened in 1897, Del Monte is the oldest course in continuous operation west of the Mississippi.

Sustainable Design: Reclaimed wood was used throughout the house with ceilings made from eucalyptus planks that once served as bleacher seats in a Brisbane, Australia tennis pavilion. Other reclaimed woods, including mountain ash and teak, were used throughout the house.

Reclaimed lumber on the ceilings adds to the rustic elegance of the living room. Expansive courtyard is perfect for large gatherings or intimate family dining.
